Do squats while brushing your teeth, washing your hair, waiting for the microwave, waiting for the bus etc.
Squeeze your abs for 3 seconds and release for 2 seconds at red lights. Repeat until the light turns green.
Try to drink 30 oz of water every time commercials come on.
Do crunches/push ups/ anything during commercials.
Sit up straight. Do it.
Calf raises whenever you can. Think in line at the grocery!!
Take the stairs.
okay tumblr, so… i just ate papa johns pizza with my family, and i’m not gonna lie, i wasn’t gonna do my insanity tonight after eating greasy, heavy food, but then i saw this post. and now i’m about to get my workout gear on and get off my butt…
(seriously, i’m only working out because i saw this post and it made me realize “i don’t do it because i enjoy it, i do it just because i know it’s what i need to do everyday”)
